By using QUIVRR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

QUIVRR provides surfboard discovery, catalogue information, regional availability signals, saved rider features and AI-assisted guidance through Bodhi. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Information you provide must be accurate and lawful. Do not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass service security.

Advice and availability

Board recommendations are informational and depend on available profile, catalogue and inventory data. They are not a guarantee of suitability, safety, price or stock. Surfing involves risk. Use your own judgement and seek advice from qualified surf professionals where appropriate. Retailer and manufacturer availability can change without notice.

External services

Links may lead to independent manufacturers, retailers or other services. Their terms, privacy practices, transactions, fulfilment, returns and warranties are their responsibility. QUIVRR is not a party to purchases completed on external sites.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, manipulate advertising, or use QUIVRR to harm others. Automated access requires prior authorisation.

Content and intellectual property

QUIVRR and its original software, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Manufacturer and retailer names, marks, images and product information remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights in content you submit and grant QUIVRR the limited rights needed to operate and improve the requested service.

AI output

Bodhi may produce incomplete or incorrect output. Verify important dimensions, construction, pricing, suitability and availability before relying on a response or purchasing a board.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, QUIVRR is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. QUIVRR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Termination and changes

QUIVRR may restrict or terminate access for misuse or legal/security reasons. These terms may be updated; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
