Delete your My Quivrr account
Effective 14 July 2026
You can request permanent deletion of your My Quivrr account and the data associated with it, whether or not you still have the Quivrr Android app installed.
Submit a deletion request
- Use the email account connected to My Quivrr where practical.
- Select the request button below and send the prepared email to QUIVRR support.
- QUIVRR will verify that you control the account before deleting it.
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. QUIVRR will contact you if identity verification or a legal retention requirement affects that timeframe.
Uninstalling the app
Deleting or uninstalling the Quivrr app from your device does not delete your My Quivrr account. Submit a deletion request using the pathway above or begin the request from the app.
Data covered by the request
Deletion covers the My Quivrr account and associated rider profile, saved boards, quiver, saved activity and other account-linked product data controlled by QUIVRR. Anonymous or aggregated records that can no longer identify the account are not account data.
Limited retention
QUIVRR may retain limited records where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Any retained information remains protected, is retained only for the applicable purpose and period, and is not used to continue the deleted account.
